As the Interior Designers for 67 Pall Mall Melbourne, we are transforming the top four floors of 85 Spring Street into 67 Pall Mall’s most ambitious members club to date.
Positioned in Melbourne's prestigious 'Paris end' of the CBD, our design celebrates both the city's sophisticated wine culture and its stunning urban landscape.
The club will offer casual lounges to fine dining restaurants, an elegant Champagne and oyster bar, intimate private dining spaces, wine-tasting rooms, and open-air terraces, all oriented to maximize breathtaking views across Parliament House, Treasury Gardens, and the Melbourne cityscape.
The centerpiece of our scheme is a dramatic 7-meter wine wall that anchors the double-height space between levels 14 and 15 of the club, showcasing a curated collection of 5,000 wines.
Drawing inspiration from Melbourne's position as Australia's gastronomic capital, each space is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate both the wine experience and the city's celebrated culinary culture.
