As Interior Designers for 67 Pall Mall Melbourne, we are transforming the top four floors of 85 Spring Street into the Club’s most ambitious members’ venue to date.

Located at Melbourne’s prestigious Paris End of the CBD, the design celebrates the city’s sophisticated wine culture while embracing its exceptional urban setting and panoramic views.

The Club offers a rich sequence of spaces, from relaxed lounges and fine dining restaurants to an elegant Champagne and oyster bar, intimate private dining rooms, wine-tasting spaces, and expansive open-air terraces. Each area is carefully oriented to frame sweeping views across Parliament House, Treasury Gardens, and the Melbourne cityscape.

At the heart of the scheme is a dramatic seven-metre wine wall, anchoring the double-height space between Levels 14 and 15 and showcasing a curated collection of 5,000 wines.

Inspired by Melbourne’s reputation as Australia’s gastronomic capital, every space is thoughtfully crafted to elevate the wine experience while celebrating the city’s celebrated culinary culture.
